Yes but not on purpose. I was five, picked up a keychain which had a purple glove hand attached to it and only realized I still had it when I was in the car.
Not intentionally, though on a few occasions the cashier has forgotten to scan something or other. I go back and correct the mistake if it's anything over a couple dollars.

Never done that. My parents used to have a book shop, so I kinda was on the other side thus I never wanted to someone else.

Not from a normal type of store I need still from a small candy shop at the local pool when I was younger, but it wasn't much.
