Public Nudity
Go out and ask a random person if they would like to see you naked. If they answer yes, then get naked for them. If the answeer is no, then keep looking until someone says yes.

So I was driving around Vegas with a girl and we found a couple ladies walking down the street. I turned the car around and approached them saying "would you agree to take your photo with a naked man" They both smiled and said "sure". So I jumped out of the car and stood in the middle of them while my friend took the photo.
NOTE: It use to be where a photo could be uploaded to prove the dare or idea. I do have a photo of the dare but I cannot upload to prove it. Hope this feature will get fixed so we can upload our proof of doing the dares. -- luvnip
