Ypu must put on and lock yourself into a male chastity device,such as a CS 600o. Show everyone that it is properly fitted and give the only key to the lock to any female player. You stay locked in until a subsequent dare requires its removal or someone else is dared to take it off you and wear it instead of you or until the keyholder takes mercy on you (say in a week or two). These devices are perfectly safe and allow for urination and can be worn for months at a time. You just can't get up or off until you are freed.

I bought a CB2000 in hot pink so that anyone who saw it would SEE it. I fitted it, locked it, and gave the key to my girlfriend, only showing it to her after she asked me what the key was for. She didn't take it off of me for a couple days, teasing me horribly the entire time. Once she released me, however, she made up for the torture she'd put me through. We used it off and on over the next couple years before the plastic broke down and the device became dangerous to use. I haven't found one I like to replace it with yet, or I'd probably be in one again.
