Don't know if it's the most embarrassing, but the most exciting bet I lost was an online strip game.  I then had to drive to her place and strip for her in person.  I had never met in real life before.  I went there and we talked a bit then she asked me to "Pay up" so I began to strip for her.  It was my first CFNM experience.
